PTE Academic
A computer-based academic English test known for fast results.
Pearson Test of English Academic
PTE Academic is a computer-based academic English test, marked automatically, and known for returning results quickly. As with other proficiency tests, it is separate from any preparation course.
Three different things are easy to mix up: the exam itself, a preparation course that helps you get ready for it, and an exam centre where you sit it. A school can teach preparation without being an official test centre.
