About Corrib English
Corrib English teaches part-time courses from the first floor of Lismoyle House on Merchant's Road in Galway city centre. Founded in 2014, it keeps each group to a maximum of eight students. General English covers A2 to C1 and develops reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar and vocabulary. Separate classes prepare learners for Cambridge B2 First and C1 Advanced examinations, with scheduled starts in January, April and September. The school also teaches Business English using the Cambridge BEC curriculum, offers afternoon conversation groups and provides individual lessons for existing or former group students. Morning, afternoon and evening timetables are advertised, making the provision particularly relevant to people living or working in Galway.
