Highlights
About EFL Ireland - Waterford English Language Courses.
EFL Ireland has offered English-language experiences in Waterford since 2006, with summer programmes for younger learners and adults. Its official website describes morning English instruction followed by cultural, social and outdoor activities, rather than a conventional year-round adult-only timetable. The programme uses task-based and content-integrated teaching approaches, with particular attention to communication and spoken English. The published 2026 package information specifies twenty lessons, equivalent to fifteen hours per week, and includes excursions, local travel and accommodation arrangements. Students can choose home-stay or residential formats, and the school's website advertises airport transfers as part of its packages. It also offers live online General English and IELTS lessons. Because the published in-person fees bundle accommodation and activities, they cannot be treated as tuition-only weekly prices.
