About The Language Place

The Language Place is a Dundalk language-learning provider offering General English, Cambridge examination preparation, Business English and total immersion programmes. Its published 2026 online evening courses cover A1 to C1 levels, typically providing 30 teaching hours across ten weeks with a limit of ten learners per group. Adult immersion programmes combine English tuition with optional Irish host-family accommodation, excursions and activities, while a separate teen programme takes place at Coláiste Chú Chulainn. The provider previously taught at Francis Street and is renovating new premises at 2 Jocelyn Place. Its official website states that the new centre is not yet open to the public and that English, Cambridge and other language courses are online during 2025 to 2026. Students should confirm the current delivery arrangement before booking.
