About Vartry School of English

Vartry School of English was established in 2010 by secondary-school teachers and runs English immersion programmes for young international students. Its options include short mini-stays, two- to four-week summer camps, and term or academic-year placements in Irish secondary schools. Summer programmes are based in Kingscourt, County Cavan, and Dublin, combining morning English lessons with organised cultural visits and activities. Host-family stays are available, alongside Dublin residential arrangements for some summer programmes. Mini-stay packages include tuition, full-board host-family accommodation, airport transfers and transport for activities. For longer placements, Vartry organises school matching, guardianship, host-family placements and student monitoring. Its published capacity figures concern individual programmes, not a single permanent campus. The official pages do not establish comparable adult General English weekly tuition.
